possible, we like to have written documentation for adds and
changes made to your service. This helps to prevent any errors.

Our
regular customer service hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific
Time Monday through Friday. However, we have staff available
after-hours to assist you in cases of emergency.
If
you are moving and wish to have G2 Solutions remain as your
service provider, please let us know of you plans well in
advance so that we can ensure uninterrupted service at your
new location.
If
your contact person should change, please let us know as soon
as possible. This will help us to provide you with better
